Today is a significant day for the Ministry of Defence.  Not only have they secured more funding for but they have secured me!  Today was due to be my last day of service however I have received an extension to help with the training transformation.  I feel valued and am excited to be able to contribute to such an important project whilst being able to continue developing the next generation of leaders and achievers for future Britain.  I am also very fortunate to be able to pass on these skills through my coaching and development business to companies and individuals.  So while I am going to be much busier than expected, I look forward to honouring all the commitments I made to help others achieve excellence.  Finally, behind each successful person are many influencers, so I say thank you to everyone who took the time to recognise potential, show belief and support me to be in such a great place today.
